Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Digital Sales Associate to join our team at 2IIM CAT Coaching Institute. This role focuses on promoting and selling our online and offline courses through digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and possess a deep understanding of digital sales strategies to drive growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Qualification:

Identify, nurture, and convert leads through digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and online advertisements. Engage with prospective students to understand their needs and recommend the appropriate course offerings.

  • Sales Conversion:

Manage and convert inbound inquiries from prospective students into enrolments. Assist potential students by providing information on courses, fees, schedules, and benefits of 2IIMs CAT coaching.

  • Digital Campaign Management:

Work closely with the digital marketing team to run promotional campaigns and advertisements across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc., to generate sales leads.

  • Customer Engagement:

Respond to inquiries promptly via phone, email, chat, and social media. Provide personalized consultations to prospects, addressing their concerns and offering solutions that best fit their requirements.

  • Product Knowledge:

Stay updated on all course offerings, features, pricing structures, and updates to provide accurate and timely information to prospective students.

  • CRM & Reporting:

Use the CRM tool to track leads, manage follow-ups, and maintain detailed records of interactions with prospective students. Provide regular sales reports and performance metrics to the Sales Manager.

  • Collaboration:

Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to refine sales strategies, align with marketing campaigns, and improve overall student conversion rates.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Relevant experience in digital sales or tele sales, preferably in the education or coaching industry is preferred. Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
  • Digital Sales Expertise: Experience in working with digital platforms (e.g., social media, online ads, email marketing) and using CRM tools for managing sales processes.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with online tools, software, and platforms. Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
  • Goal-Oriented: Strong focus on sales targets, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle objections, answer queries, and effectively convince prospective students to enroll.
  • Educational Background: A degree in any discipline. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in Business, Marketing, or Education.

Work Requirements:

  • Saturday and Sunday mandatory working. Weekly off on a weekday.
  • Six Days a week working, Timings will vary as per department and work requirement.
