Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Digital Sales Associate to join our team at 2IIM CAT Coaching Institute. This role focuses on promoting and selling our online and offline courses through digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education and possess a deep understanding of digital sales strategies to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, nurture, and convert leads through digital marketing channels such as social media, email marketing, and online advertisements. Engage with prospective students to understand their needs and recommend the appropriate course offerings.
Manage and convert inbound inquiries from prospective students into enrolments. Assist potential students by providing information on courses, fees, schedules, and benefits of 2IIMs CAT coaching.
Work closely with the digital marketing team to run promotional campaigns and advertisements across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc., to generate sales leads.
Respond to inquiries promptly via phone, email, chat, and social media. Provide personalized consultations to prospects, addressing their concerns and offering solutions that best fit their requirements.
Stay updated on all course offerings, features, pricing structures, and updates to provide accurate and timely information to prospective students.
Use the CRM tool to track leads, manage follow-ups, and maintain detailed records of interactions with prospective students. Provide regular sales reports and performance metrics to the Sales Manager.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to refine sales strategies, align with marketing campaigns, and improve overall student conversion rates.
