Role Overview:

As a Product Manager at FERM T, you will play a pivotal role in driving the direction of our e-commerce platform. You will report to our Product Lead and be responsible for driving value for the business and our customers. Working closely with our customers and internal cross-functional teams, you will determine what features to build to support our product strategy and drive customer value. You ll conduct user research and analyze data, prioritize and define product features, work with design and engineering to ensure effective feature delivery, and drive adoption amongst our customer base. You ll ensure that our solutions meet the needs of our users while contributing to our mission of transforming how brands connect with their audiences and sell online.
