Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Provide technical support and assistance to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to our products and services.
Technical Problem Solving: Utilize your technical knowledge to diagnose and troubleshoot customer problems, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Programming and Scripting: Apply your knowledge of programming languages to customize and enhance our product offerings and support tools.
CAD Expertise: Use CAD tools to create, modify, and analyze product designs, providing customers with detailed technical information and assistance.
Product Training: Conduct training sessions and webinars for customers, helping them understand and utilize our products effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to provide customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C#, Java) and experience with CAD tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the door and window industry is highly desirable.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze technical problems and provide effective solutions.
