Job Description

Job Title: Sales Representative - B2B (Animal Feed and Agrochemical Material Supplier)


Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in supplying raw materials to businesses in the animal feed and agrochemical industries. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the food and nutrition market and have a proven track record of surpassing sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic approach to sales, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.


Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Identify and target prospective clients within the agricultural sector. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase market penetration.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and needs promptly and professionally.
  3. Product Knowledge and Presentation: Possess a deep understanding of our product offerings and their applications in the food and nutrition industry. Effectively present products to clients, emphasizing their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
  4. Market Analysis and Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and innovation.
  5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and detailed reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain to align sales strategies with organizational goals. Work with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
  7. Trade Shows and Events: Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and events. Engage with potential clients, showcase products, and network with industry professionals to generate leads and drive sales growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration in Marketing and Bachelor's degree in Animal Feed/Poultry.
  • Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within agricultural or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of animal feed and agrochemical products and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
