Planning & MIS

• Preparing Annual Management Plan, Quarterly and Monthly prognosis in discussion with Management and other Stakeholders- HR, Operations, Procurement, IT etc
• Monitoring the progress on plans and preparation of monthly & quarterly MIS and presentation etc, for regular reviews and Board Meetings etc.
• Providing critical inputs for bidding and other management decisions.
• Coordinating with other group companies and the Corporate Office
• Coordinating with Company Secretary, Legal Head and other Business Enabling Services-

Accounts, Audit, Payroll & Statutory Compliances

• Ensuring Book-keeping as per Good Accounting Practices, automation through use of modern tools, ERP etc.
• Finalizing of quarterly, half-yearly and annual financial statements as per applicable accounting standards and policies,
• Monitoring and providing inputs for all audits statutory, tax, cost, internal etc
• Ensuring all compliances as per IT & GST Act and other statutory requirements
• Payroll function including ensuring compliances relating to PF,

ESI etc

Banking and Finance Management

• Liaising and negotiating with Banks re. credit facilities
• Preparation and submission of statements as required
• Coordinating with Insurance companies for Surety Bonds
• Preparing financial documentation for submissions for eligibility
• Coordination with Credit rating agencies
• Treasury Management

Budgeting and Cost Management

• Ensuring timely projects’-budgeting and monitoring
• Cost management
• Inputs for bidding and other management decisions
• Finalizing and monitoring of various claims

General Management

• Participating in general management for enhancing business outcomes
