Apprentice - Administration ( Freshers)

Role & responsibilities

We are hiring Apprentice for our Facility Management Group. You will be responsible for

Assisting FMG team members for the day today FMG Operations.

• Assisting FMG team members for New projects, branch premise scouting, negotiating the commercials and leasing process etc
• Assisting on data management, data preparation and submitting the same as required
• Assisting on vendor interactions, quote collections, negotiations and data comparison and submitting
• Follow up calls and mails with internal and external teams as per directed by FMG team
• supporting in billing and invoicing process
• Maintaining in reports and MIS
• Possessing high integrity and values disbursement
• having excellent communication in English and essential in regional languages for handling the operations and projects
• Must have good attention in details and ready to travel locations wherever it is required in terms of FMG operations and new projects
• Calendar management, Time management and Adaptability
• Possess good interpersonal skills and influencing skills
• Possess multi-tasking ability
• having knowledge of MS Office
• Overall, he should work with experienced team members, shadowing one or multiple team members as directed.

you will be eligible to get monthly stipend and Certification post completion of the training period .
