Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and validate numerical models using advanced simulation software, conducting detailed structural analysis of ship components and systems with FEA/CAE tools.
• Analyze and interpret simulation results, providing recommendations to improve designs.
• Prepare, review, and present technical reports and presentations.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements, identifying new service opportunities to meet market needs.
• Manage client and customer relationships, identifying opportunities for project and service expansion.
• Conduct design reviews, recommend enhancements, and monitor project progress to resolve issues and apply corrective actions as needed.
• Document lessons learned from projects and facilitate regular knowledge-sharing sessions within the team.
• Lead and oversee the engineering analysis team to ensure successful project execution.
• Collaborate with the Head of Department (HoD), department manager, and project stakeholders to address project requirements and challenges.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and designers, developing team skill sets in line with department needs.

Basic Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in shipbuilding or a related industry, with a strong background in FEA/CAE analysis and project coordination.
