Your Mission:

• Spearhead talent acquisition, ensuring a seamless recruitment process aligned with business objectives.
• Design and implement HR strategies that enhance workforce efficiency and engagement.
• Cultivate a high-performance culture through impactful employee initiatives.
• Optimize compensation and benefits frameworks to attract and retain top professionals.
• Uphold compliance with legal regulations and industry best practices.
• Utilize data-driven insights for recruitment analytics and reporting.
• Maintain accurate and insightful MIS reports for informed decision-making.

Your Profile:

• Proven HR experience, ideally 6-8 year’s experience working in IT industry.
• Demonstrated proficiency in sourcing top talent and skilled negotiation.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and demonstrate proactiveness.
• Strong understanding of HR processes to support effective recruitment and employee management.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Extensive experience with the Microsoft Office suite, ensuring effective data management and reporting.
• Advanced skills in Excel for managing and analyzing recruitment data efficiently.
• MBA in HR or a relevant field is preferred.
