We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Pardot Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Pardot solutions, specifically around marketing automation, lead management, and reporting. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and develop technical solutions that enhance the efficiency of marketing operations and contribute to business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Customize Pardot Solutions: Build, customize, and optimize Salesforce Pardot components to meet the specific needs of the business.
  • Marketing Automation: Design and implement automated marketing campaigns (email, landing pages, forms, etc.) to drive lead generation and customer engagement.
  • Lead Management: Set up and manage lead scoring, grading models, and lead nurturing workflows to align with sales and marketing goals.
  • CRM Integration: Integrate Pardot with Salesforce CRM and other systems using APIs to ensure seamless data flow between sales and marketing teams.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Pardot to track campaign performance, lead conversion, and ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work with business analysts, project managers, and marketing teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Pardot solutions.
  • System Optimization: Regularly review, optimize, and improve the Pardot environment to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business goals.
  • Training and Support: Provide ongoing support and training for users to maximize the value of Salesforce Pardot and related tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working with Salesforce Pardot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Pardot, including campaign management, lead nurturing, and automation workflows.
  • Salesforce integration experience: Proficiency in integrating Pardot with Salesforce CRM using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with lead scoring, grading, and reporting in Pardot.
  • Solid understanding of marketing best practices and how they can be automated and tracked using Pardot.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM (including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud) and how Pardot integrates with them.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce certifications (Pardot Specialist, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II) are highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and working in collaborative, iterative environments.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Copado.
  • Experience with data migration tools like Data Loader or third-party ETL tools.
  • Ability to create and manage email templates, landing pages, and forms within Pardot.
  • Experience with A/B testing and performance tracking for marketing campaigns.
