Job Summary:
The Finance Coordinator in the Enterprise Technology Services (ETS) division at Flight Centre Travel Group will support financial processes such as creating purchase orders, reconciling invoices, assisting with AP application rollouts in different regions, and managing asset accounting for ETS. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Purchase Order Creation:

• Assist in creating and managing purchase orders in the financial system.
• Ensure accurate documentation and alignment with company policies.
• Resolve discrepancies in collaboration with internal departments and suppliers.

• Reconcile vendor invoices with purchase orders and goods received.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Accounts Payable (AP) Application Rollout:

• Assist in the rollout of AP applications across regions.
• Provide training and support to regional teams.
• Monitor and address issues during the implementation phase.

• Maintain and update the fixed asset register.
• Support capitalization and depreciation processes.
• Ensure proper documentation for asset tagging, tracking, and disposal.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Assist in preparing financial reports for AP and asset accounting.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation for audits.
• Support internal and external audits as required.

Key Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable, asset accounting, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools (Excel or similar ERP systems).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with AP software rollouts or implementations is a plus.
