Sr. Analyst - Costing

he Business Group Costing Expert role supports the costing teams in the division with standard methods, tools and financial costing
analysis
Existing standardized processes, methods and tools have to be used and continuously improved.
The main missions of the role are to :
Main Activities:
Capitalize and provide an expertise to support internal costing related topics for all regions
Drive and animate the digital continuity in co-operation with the related functional departments (IT, Manufacturing, PUR, PC&L,
D&D, Finance, Commercial team, ) including testing, validation, tools administration
Drive and support development, maintenance and utilization of costing methodologies and tools such as :
Product benchmark database
Product cost models (internal, customer and supplier related)
Customer cost break downs
Official rates building and -update (for materials, labor, machines, etc.)
Standards (cycle time, scrap )
Development cost models
Tooling cost models
Distribute best practices and train the network
