Qualifications.
The ideal candidate will have/be:.
Minimum education level: Masters degree in engineering.
Experience.
8+ years of experience in Automotive Systems, Complete Seat, Structures Components (Design/Testing/Manufacturing).
Project management processes.

Dealing with ambiguity.

Leadership, team building, experience in management could be a plus.
