Job Description
Technical Support Engineer - FatPipe Engineering team

Experience -3+ years of genuine experience in Networking with BGP Experience.

We are looking for someone to join our support team .this person must be a team player with an outgoing personality and good communication skills. Our support people deal with both internal clients as well as external clients. Our support people work with our engineering team on new product development, testing, upgrades, and troubleshooting as well as our sales team in both a pre and post sales support role - so the following skills are required.
Basic skills required -

• Good communication skills, fluent in English
• People skills - Out going personality with passion for technology
• In-depth understanding of IP Networking. (CCNA certification preferred) with BGP/OSPF Experience is mandate
• Windows Networking
• Strong understanding of IP addressing and sub netting
• Troubleshooting experience real world working support, remote troubleshooting skills
• PC Hardware experience
• Linux Networking (we will train someone on Linux if you have a strong Windows Networking DOS experience)

Following skills - a big plus !

• Experience in a busy phone or tech support environment
• Experience in working on Dynamic Routing Protocols
• Experience with Network monitoring and reporting tools.
