Job Overview:

Faststep Infra Design Private Limited is hiring a dedicated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive / Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, promoting residential properties, and closing sales deals. Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

• Generate and convert leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with high-value clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• 2. Property Promotion & Client Presentations:
  
• Showcase 2/3/4 BHK residential properties in Chattarpur, South Delhi.
• Organize and conduct property tours and site visits for prospective buyers.
• 3. Sales Execution:
  
• Effectively negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• 4. Market Knowledge:
  
• Conduct thorough research on market trends, property prices, and competitor activities in the Chattarpur area.
• Provide clients with accurate insights and advice to support their purchasing decisions.
• 5. Administrative Support:
  
• Assist clients in completing the necessary documentation processes.
• Maintain follow-ups with leads and inquiries to ensure smooth conversions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably targeting high-value clients.
• Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work under pressure.
• Knowledge of the South Delhi real estate market is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications.
