**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a talented AV Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing video and audio content to create compelling stories that engage and inform our audience. You will collaborate closely with producers, directors, and other team members to ensure that all projects meet high-quality standards and deadlines.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Edit video and audio content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and broadcast.

- Collaborate with the production team to understand project objectives and creative vision.

- Select and arrange footage, sound effects, music, and graphics to enhance storytelling.

- Ensure all edits align with brand guidelines and quality standards.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

- Review and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders.

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in video and audio editing.

- Organize and maintain media libraries and project files.

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field preferred.

- Proven experience as an AV Editor or similar role.

- Proficiency in editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer).

- Strong understanding of audio mixing and sound design.

- Excellent attention to detail and storytelling skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

**Preferred Skills:**

- Experience with motion graphics and animation software (e.g., After Effects).

- Familiarity with color correction and grading techniques.
