Guest Relation Executive/ Front Office Executive

Designation: Guest Relations Executive/ Guest Service Associate.

Location: M G Road, Bangalore.

Qualification: Graduation in Hospitality/Other or 12th

Role & responsibilities

• Greet the guests, performs special services for Prestige Guests.
• Check cleanliness of lobby and public areas, lights and as well as front office staff in proper and orderly appearance and behavior.
• Assist in sending guest messages or faxes and handling room lock problems.
• Co-ordinate with all departments concerned in order to maintain Front Office functions properly.
• Operate the front office computer system in order to assist front office attendants.
• Handle reception, business center, cashier, concierge and bell desk queries.
• Answer guests inquires, handle complaints and attend to the needs of the guests.
• Prepare FOH related MIS if required.
• All the responsibilities assigned by Reporting manager.
• Maintain and be guided of Prestige policy on credit/lost and found guests properties.
