Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate financial statements, maintain general ledger, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Taxation: Oversee tax filings, tax planning, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Auditing: Liaise with external auditors and enhance financial controls.
Financial Analysis: Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and international accounting standards and laws.
Advisory: Provide financial insights and strategic advice to management.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage liquidity, working capital, and cash flow.
Team Leadership: Guide and mentor junior finance staff.

Qualifications:

Education: CA qualification (ICAI, ACCA, or equivalent) + Bachelor's/Master's in Accounting/Finance.
Experience: 4-7 years in accounting, auditing, or financial management.
Skills: Proficiency in accounting software, strong analytical skills, knowledge of tax laws, and excellent communication.
