• Excellent communication and verbal skills.
• Knowledge of Fare calculations and group reservations is required.
• should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good analytical skills in interpreting data and situations.
• will be teaa m member of FareHawker GroupDesk, wand ill responsible for Handling of Group Queries (both domestic and International).
• We willill need to action group queries by coordinating with conconcernedcern airlines.
• Will need to talk to travel agents & understand their requirement about group fafaresre & try to match budget for group closure.
• Will need to reply Flight and Fare Enqinquiriesuiries.
• Handling Group Ticketing and Refunds of tickets.
• Agent query relating to reservation and ticketing.

Preferred candidate profile

• Should Sound understanding of Airline/Aviation/Travel industry.
• Plus point if having B2B market or any of airli, it is important to have a B2B market or any airline's salesnes' Sales experience.
