Team Member, Operations Department

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparation, filing, maintenance and retrieval of documents of the Company.
• Assist in maintaining calendar and ensure timely compliances (e-filing / manual filing)
• Assist in maintaining internal approval documents, its follow-up and tracking closure.
• Assist in documentation in legal matters, matters related to compliance with holding company.
• Assist in reviewing Agreements, Contracts and other similar documents.
• Field visit for works related to Corporate Social Responsibility of the Company and prepare Minutes / Visit Report.
• Keep abreast of legislative changes that may affect the organization

Profile Expectation:

• Graduation (preferably B. Com / BBA) with ~3 years of experience.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to deliver to set deadlines.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Good Analytical and Problem solving skills.
