Your Role
Talent Acquisition:
- Lead end to end hiring process, develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process to raise the talent bar & onboard top talent: sourcing strategies, leveraging social media channels, employee referrals, etc, creating & maintaining a candidate pipeline
- Partner with leaders & hiring captains in the selection process, adopting the appropriate interview assessment methods and sharing best practices
- Oversee design & execution of employer branding initiatives to attract new talent and increase visibility of FanCode as an employer of choice
- Develop an induction program to ensure quick assimilation for the new hire
HR Business Partnering:
- Partner with leaders on the creation & execution of people and culture plans
- Provide partnership and solutions to improve performance, retention and engagement to increase productivity and mitigate people risks
- Design Performance enhancement initiatives including development programs, 360 degree feedback, etc to help FanCoders grow
- Create and implement HR policies and procedures
- Be the culture ambassador, plan initiatives to promote & internalise Company Values
Must-Have
- 7-8 years experience in HR Generalist role in a Product/Tech startup, preferably
- Superior project management skills and ability to drive programs independently
- People oriented and affable, should have an aptitude to keep pace in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills, be able to build relationships across levels of the organisation
