Role & responsibilities

• Monitoring all the processes of PMT Dept and updating to HOD.
• Decision on De listing of Hospitals Pan India
• Network Hospitals Tariff / packages negotiations
• Negotiations regarding the discounts from the Hospitals
• Coordinating with internal & external stake holders.
• Negotiations with the hospitals at the time of discharge in case of tariff discrepancy between agreed tariff and final bill.
• Weekly intra team interaction / review meeting and updating to HOD.
• Training the staff in the dept.
• Documentation of training to new employees. Training manual for Networking.
• Identify the needs & allocation of access to modules as per need of the department.
• Preparing monthly progress report of the department to the management.
• Constant interaction with IT department to upgrade / Sophisticate Networking module as an ongoing process / continuous process.

Preferred candidate profile

BHMS, BAMS, BUMS, Pharmacy, BPT, BDS

Travel is compulsory.
