All production of column pipe and HDPE pipe at great quality is my prime responsibility.
In column pipe first of all compounding, process, cutting, turning, fitting, packing, and dispatch activity supervision under Operator, supervisor, technician, worker and helper.
I done planning for column pipe and HDPE pipes requirement as per our distributer and dealer.
I planning for minimum inventory of raw material, manpower,wastage, electricity, time require stock of finish column pipe and HDPE pipe.
During production in mixture department check every batchs heating temperature , process times report collect from mixture operator.
During extrusion process collect report of hourly temperature, joviality, centering and weight details.
After production of column pipe and HDPE pipe collect report of batch to batch tensile test, pressure test, density test, miff test, carbon black test, reversion test from lab technician.
During turning collect report every day for parameter of thread pitch, radios, and damage no of pipe due to accident.
I do various type of compounding and process activity with help of our technical director.
Galeton, tensile, pressure all type of our production related parameter testing with regarding chemical composition trial done by me.
I planning for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly maintenance of extruder machine, mixture machine, chilling plant, lath machine, hoper loader system, and electric panel.
Supervision of all kind maintenance which is done by my technical staff.
I do extruders screw barrel maintenance with my self only because its main part of our production.
