Your Responsibilities & Impact

Product Requirements & User Stories

- Own the end-to-end process of gathering, defining, and detailing product requirements and user stories.

- Ensure clarity, completeness, and alignment of requirements before handing over to the development team.

- Act as the primary point of contact for resolving ambiguities during development.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with Product Managers to translate strategic vision, product roadmap, and priorities into actionable deliverables for each sprint

- Collaborate with Product Designers to map user flows, design intuitive experiences, and create high-quality prototypes.

- Partner with Engineering teams to ensure a seamless execution of requirements and to clarify technical queries during development.

- Engage with stakeholders across delivery, marketing, and customer success teams to incorporate their feedback into the product.

Ownership & Execution

- Drive the execution of product features with a focus on delivering high-quality results within deadlines.

- Anticipate potential challenges, proactively mitigate risks, and ensure alignment across teams.

- Be the go-to person for ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and equipped to execute the planned product deliverables.

Continuous Improvement

- Gather and analyse feedback post-launch to ensure the product meets user needs and business objectives.

- Conduct competitive assessments to identify industry trends, benchmark features, and find opportunities for differentiation and improvement.

- Identify areas of improvement in product development processes and recommend enhancements.

Your Must haves

- 3+ years of overall work experience with minimum 1 year in product management and minimum 2 years in a technical development role

- Well-versed in writing API specifications and knowledge of SDKs, PWAs and launching high engagement products

- Hands-on experience drawing wireframes on paper, powerpoint, Axure, Balsamiq, Figma etc and a strong UX sensibility to critique and optimise design for user experience.

- Meticulous attention to detail for data analysis and defining precise product requirements.

- Empathy towards users and the capability to translate feedback into actionable product enhancements.

- Familiarity with technical concepts and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers.

- Inherent curiosity to explore user behaviour and stay informed about industry trends.

- Exceptional task management and prioritisation skills, essential in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Your Good to haves

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, computer science, or engineering.

- Experience in fintech and building financial products

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial services industry.
