- As a Technical Project Manager at Falcon, you'll be at the forefront of driving the growth of the company. you will play a crucial role in managing the delivery of our fintech and banking products from a proje perspective. You will take end-to-end responsibility for project execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Your Responsibilities & Impact:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of project objectives.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.

- Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and dependencies.

- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and ensure successful project completion.

- Identify potential risks that may impact project delivery and proactively communicate them to key stakeholders and escalate issues as needed to facilitate timely resolution.

- Utilize agile, Kanban, Scrum, and waterfall methodologies as appropriate to drive project execution and adapt to changing business needs.

- Champion best practices for project management within the organization, continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and exceed customer expectations.

- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related

- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the fintech industry, for 2+ year

- Overall experience of 5+ years.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including agile, Kanban, Scrum, and waterfall.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience collaborating with product, technology, design, delivery, business and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.

- Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies.
