Falabella India - Full Stack Developer - Node.js/React.js (1-3 yrs)

Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our team and play a crucial role in developing new, highly scalable, and high-performance features for our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in modern front-end and backend technologies and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement scalable and performant features for our e-commerce platform.

- Develop and maintain robust front-end components using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

- Build and optimize backend APIs and server-side logic using Node.js.

- Ensure seamless integration between front-end and backend systems.

- Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks on both the front-end and backend.

- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Maintain best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to ensure scalability and reliability.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience with React, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.

- Strong understanding of building scalable, high-performance web applications.

- Experience with server-side rendering and API development.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud Platform) for hosting, deployment, and scaling.

- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across teams.

Good to Have :

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.

- Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization tools like Docker.
