Clinical QA Specialist (Pharmacist)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our QA team in a Healthcare Information System (HIS) software development company. The selected candidate will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the pharmacy module in the HIS system by validating workflows, drug databases, and compliance with hospital pharmacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate pharmacy workflows in the HIS software to ensure seamless medication management.
• Conduct software testing to verify that medication orders, drug interactions, and dispensing processes work correctly.
• Collaborate with the development and QA teams to define test cases related to medication ordering, dispensing, and inventory management.
• Identify and troubleshoot pharmacy-related software issues before deployment.
• Support training and documentation for pharmacy workflows and HIS users.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm or equivalent.
• Experience:
• At least 2 years of experience in a multi-specialty hospital pharmacy.
• Exposure to pharmacy information systems (PIS), HIS, or electronic medication administration records (eMAR) is a plus.
• Ability to analyze software usability for pharmacists and identify functional gaps.
• Basic understanding of software testing principles is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to work with developers and QA teams.
