Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Architect to lead the design, implementation, and management of infrastructure solutions using Terraform, GCP, and CI/CD pipelines. This role involves overseeing the administration of tools like Jenkins and GitLab SaaS, ensuring scalable infrastructure, and driving automation across the deployment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure & CI/CD Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of scalable infrastructure solutions using Terraform and GCP. Optimize CI/CD pipelines for streamlined deployments.

Tool Administration & Support: Manage Jenkins and GitLab SaaS, ensuring smooth operation and automating processes to support deployment pipeline requests and failures.

Collaboration & Monitoring: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the infrastructure meets business needs. Proactively monitor and improve system reliability.

Platform Monitoring & Incident Resolution:
Lead monitoring, triage alerts, and resolve issues across cloud apps and data center environments.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and drive issue resolution.

Alert Management:
Set up platform alerts, respond to incidents, and ensure timely resolution.

Documentation & Governance:
Maintain RCAs, SOPs, and runbooks.
Conduct daily handovers, weekly connects, and provide status reports.

Collaboration:
Work with L2 Support and Application SREs to resolve issues and close incidents.
Respond to business questions and requests.

24x7 Support Management:
Ensure continuous support coverage and efficient issue handling.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with Terraform, GCP, Jenkins, and GitLab SaaS.
• Proven expertise in CI/CD pipeline design, automation, and infrastructure-as-code (IaC).
• Strong leadership skills to guide teams in deploying and maintaining infrastructure.
• Advanced knowledge in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to troubleshooting.
• Lead innovative, cloud-based infrastructure projects
