Job Description
Job Overview :
The incumbent is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and management of office facilities. He/she is to ensure that the facilities are clean, safe, and functional for employees and visitors.


Responsibilities :
Oversee the maintenance and management of a companys facilities
Manage the Canteen facility hygiene, Food quality menu, Inventory Management Contractor, Compliances.
Ensure that the facilities are clean, safe, and functional for employees and visitors
Manage the daily operations of the facility
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance
Maintain records of maintenance and repairs
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the facility
Ensure that the facility complies with government regulations and safety standards
Manage budgets and expenses related to the facility
Monitor and manage utility usage and expenses
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the facility meets their needs
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors
Manage and supervise facility staff


Requirements :
Prior experience in Facilities Management of office space is a must
Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and repair
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and managerial skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Able to manage vendor teams
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office and facility management software
Knowledge of government regulations and safety standards
