Area Officer | 1 - 3 yrs | Facility Management

We are looking for Area Officer (Facility Management). Please refer to the JD mentioned below.

• Responsible for smooth functioning of end to end operations at assigned sites to improve Customer satisfaction
• Site Survey Report
• Uninterrupted (Continuous) service to customer
• Resolve complaints/ concerns of customers and internal stakeholders
• Timely collection of payments from Customers
• Capable and Motivated team to achieve the Departmental Objectives/ targets
• Planning, communication, coordination and follow-up with Operations team.
• Recruitment of Blue collar Employees.
• Provide necessary hand - holding and guidance to Site Personnel
• Monitor effectiveness of training provided.
• Identify Corrective Actions and improvements as appropriate.
• Submit Monthly MIS related to Performance of the process according to guidelines from Seniors.
• Participate in the Recruitment process for selection of HK Personnel in accordance with Site requirements.
• Communicate and coordinate with relevant team members to resolve issues related to shortages and absenteeism.
• Visit the assigned sites as per Visit Schedule at different timings for verification of service provided
• Preparation, submission and execution of Daily Visit Plan in accordance with system guidelines.
• Liasioning with local government authorities, communities, Unions etc for resolution of disputes and incidents (if any)
• In case of any incident occurring at the site, immediately visit the site (within 2 hours max) to attend the issue related to the incident.
• Participate in periodical review meetings (Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly) in accordance with Business requirements and/ or specific project requirements.
