Job Description:

• Updating U Stamp Manual, Quality Control Procedure and Exhibits as per change in code edition.
• Ongoing through Client Purchase Requisition and specification.
• Arranging and conducting Pre-Inspection Meeting.
• Approving of Quality Assurance Plan.
• Approving of Weld Plan with WPS. PQR & WPQ with NDE plan.
• Approving of Technical Purchase Specification for materials and Welding Consumables.
• Approving Quality Control Procedure as per Client Specification.
• Maintaining Closure of Non Conformity Record.
• Monitoring Welder Continuity Record.
• Monitoring List of Calibration.
• Handling Customer Compliant.
• Conduction Internal Audit as per plan.
• Arranging and facing External Audit.
• Coordinating with TPI and AI for visit.
• Coordinate with Client for any technical Queries.
• Stage inspection of Boiler as per ASME Code/ IBR/Client specification.
• Review of Weld Plan with WPS/PQR, Welder Performance Qualification, Procedure as per ASME Code and Client specification.
• Identifying material inspection for coded items as per ASME code standard.
• Final Dimensions & visual inspection.
• Carried out Inspection of components like Valves, Fittings, Plates, pipes as approved QAP/ITP.
• Expediting submission of Engineering & other documents with vendor & ensure the submitted documents are reviewed by respective discipline in turnaround time.
• Regular monitoring of procurement status & fabrication status as per submitted Monthly Progressive Report.
• Ensure submission of Final document as required by project specification.
• Role & responsibilities

- To take care entire quality department.

- Responsible for client coordination, meetings and relations.

Preferred candidate profile

- BE or B Tech from Mechanical will be preferred.

- Candidate from same industry/company will be most preferred.
