Role & responsibilities
1. Franchise Sales Strategy:
o Develop and implement effective strategies to identify and acquire potential franchise partners.
o Conduct market analysis to identify high-potential locations for franchise expansion.
2. Lead Generation and Networking:
o Source and develop leads through networking, online platforms, and events.
o Build and maintain relationships with prospective franchisees to create a robust sales pipeline.
3. Franchise Recruitment Process:
o Conduct presentations and meetings to explain FABO's franchise model, benefits, and support system.
o Evaluate potential franchise partners based on financial capacity, business acumen, and alignment with FABOs values.
4. Contract Negotiation:
o Manage the end-to-end process of franchise agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies.
o Work with the legal team to finalize and execute franchise contracts.
5. Training and Support:
o Collaborate with the onboarding team to provide initial training and support for new franchisees.
o Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees during the setup phase.
6. Performance Monitoring:
o Track franchise sales targets and provide regular updates to senior management.
o Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
7. Collaboration:
o Work closely with the marketing team to develop region-specific campaigns for franchise promotion.
o Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth handover and franchise launch.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 1-2 years in franchise sales, business development (B2B), or related fields
Sales & Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of identifying, recruiting, and closing franchise deals.
Communication & Presentation: Strong ability to present, engage, and build relationships with potential franchisees.
Financial Acumen: Knowledge of evaluating franchise investments, agreements, and compliance.
Industry Experience: Preference for candidates with experience in the retail, laundry & dry cleaning, or service industries.
Travel Willingness: Open to frequent travel within Mumbai-Maharashtra for franchise acquisition.
Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in Marathi (local language) and have strong command over English and Hindi for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
Immediate Joiners: Candidates who can join immediately or 15days notice period candidates will be highly preferred.
