Engineer

-- Responsibilities -

-Review and analyze existing manufacturing processes and make suggestions on improvements and streamlining.

-Assess current equipment and machinery in place, develop regular service and maintenance schedules and make recommendations on upgrades.

Monitor and analyze current production and output levels and make recommendations for improvement.

-Establish repair and quality inspection protocols for equipment. Reduce production costs and ensure high-quality produce.

-Keep records of all equipment services, repairs and maintenance completed.

-Assist the engineering team with completing or planning repair and maintenance work.

Work in line with health and safety guidelines.

Requirements -

-Bachelors degree or above in Engineering or related field.

-Demonstrated experience in a similar role.

-Ability to read, interpret, and execute technical drawings and diagrams.

-Ability to effectively manage a production team.

-Excellent analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.

-Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

-Demonstrated knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.

-Good report writing skills.

-Able to work to agreed deadlines and timescales.

-Good problem-solving abilities.

-Ability to prioritize own time and workload.
