Hr Executive And Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations and HR operations while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. The role requires a proactive approach to building a strong company culture and fostering a productive work environment in the creative field of interior design and architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Plan and carry out employee engagement programs and initiatives.
• Assist in counseling employees on policies and procedures
• Address employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions professionally and in compliance with labor laws.
• Conduct regular employee surveys and analyze feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and relevant HR documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Manage attendance, leaves, and other HR-related records.
• Utilize ERP software for HR operations, including payroll management, employee database maintenance,and performance tracking.
• Manage departmental recognition, track headcount.
• Assist in performance management processes and support performance appraisal processes
• Work on identified training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
• Support career progression and succession planning initiatives.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience with ERP software for HR operations is a must.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
