Backend Lead - Server Side Component

Desired Qualifications and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 6+ years of experience in Backend Lead or related roles.

- Proficiency in back-end technologies (mention specific languages or frameworks relevant to the position).

- Demonstrated experience in building and deploying web applications.

- Experience with version control systems, databases, and API integrations.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

- Experience with test-driven development.

- Experience in the latest versions of Java.

Roles and Responsibilites :

- Leading and mentoring a team of backend developers.

- Providing guidance, support, and technical expertise to team members.

- Setting clear goals, managing priorities, and ensuring timely project delivery

- Designing, developing, and implementing scalable, high-performance backend solutions.

- Planning and architecting robust systems that meet business requirements.

- Evaluating and implementing best practices, patterns, and technologies in backend development.

- Contributing to technical discussions and decision-making processes.

- Defining the technical roadmap and strategies for backend development.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

- Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code using backend technologies such as Java, Node.js, Python etc.

- Developing and maintaining APIs, microservices, and server-side logic.
