Job Summary:
Eye7 Hospital is seeking a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Videographer and Editor to capture and edit high-quality video content for marketing, patient education, social media, and internal communications. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, a strong technical background in videography, and proficiency in video editing software. You will work closely with the marketing and communication teams to create engaging videos that promote the hospital's services, patient stories, medical procedures, and community outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Editing:

• Edit video footage into compelling, concise, and professional content that aligns with the hospital’s branding and objectives.
• Incorporate sound, music, graphics, animations, and effects into videos.
• Review and finalize video projects to ensure they meet quality standards and project goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create videos optimized for various platforms including social media, websites, and internal communication tools.

2. Post-production:

• Manage video files, ensuring proper organization, archiving, and backup.
• Deliver final videos on time, within budget, and with attention to detail in terms of branding, tone, and quality.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as video editor, preferably in healthcare, media, or corporate environments.
• Proven experience in filming and editing professional-quality videos.

Skills:

• Proficient in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong understanding of video production techniques, including lighting, composition, and sound.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and video requirements for digital marketing.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with a creative mindset.

Additional:

• Familiarity with motion graphics and animation software is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
