Job description:

• Training junior tele sales staff.
• Managing the tele sales team and assisting junior staff.
• Monitoring the performance of the Presales team.
• Setting weekly and monthly Presales targets.
• Maintaining customer relationships.
• Handling escalated customer complaints.
• Compiling and presenting sales reports.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as a tele sales Team Lead.
• Strong managerial skills
• Experience: 4 +years
• Bachelors degree or Post Graduation
• Effective Communication, Interpersonal skills and Presentation Skills.
• English and Kannada are Mandatory (Malayalam/Telugu/Tamil) will be an added advantage.
