We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to manage the social media presence of our founder and our business across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. This person will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of content-from ideation, creation, direction, scripting, and scheduling to final posting. You will help build a consistent and engaging social media presence, drive brand awareness, and generate leads through creative campaigns tailored for each platform.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy & Ideation:
2. Collaborate with the CEO and the marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals.
3. Generate innovative content ideas and themes tailored to Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn audiences.
4. Conduct competitor analysis and keep up-to-date with industry trends to create relevant and cutting-edge content.
Content Creation & Direction:
1. Plan, script, and direct content for each platform, ensuring a consistent voice and style.
2. Create visually appealing content (posts, stories, reels, videos, infographics, etc.) that reflects the personal brand of the founder and the business.
3. Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other content creators as needed.
Scripting & Creative Writing:
1. Write engaging scripts for YouTube videos, LinkedIn articles, and Instagram reels/stories that resonate with target audiences.
2. Develop engaging captions, hashtags, and posts that drive interaction and align with brand values.
3. Scheduling & Posting:
4. Develop and manage a detailed content calendar for regular posts across Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
5. Schedule posts at optimal times for maximum engagement and monitor the content performance.
6. Respond to comments, engage with followers, and foster community growth.
7. Analytics & Reporting:
8. Track and analyze the performance of social media content using platform analytics and third-party tools.
9. Provide monthly reports highlighting key insights, trends, growth areas, and suggestions for improvement.
10. Adjust strategies based on analytics to ensure consistent growth and engagement.
Brand Management:
1. Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms, aligning content with the tone, style, and overall objectives of both the founder's personal brand and the business.
2. Build a strong community of followers and potential leads through strategic engagement and content sharing.
Collaboration:
1. Work closely with the marketing, design, and video production teams to execute campaigns and integrate social media efforts with overall business strategies.
2. Stay updated on social media platform changes and best practices to continuously improve content and engagement.
