Job Title: Office Coordinator (Female - Unmarried)

Location: New Delhi

Work Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Experience: 2 years - 5 years

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office events.
• Maintain office records, files, and documentation systematically.
• Handle correspondence, emails, and communication with clients/vendors.
• Monitor office supplies and manage procurement as needed.
• Assist different departments with clerical and support tasks.
• Prepare reports and maintain data using Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Ensure smooth coordination among departments for workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

• Gender: Female (Unmarried)
• Education: Graduate in any discipline
• Language Skills: Strong command over English (spoken & written)
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency is a must.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Experience: Prior experience in office administration or coordination will be preferred.
