Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Product Manager / Tech Lead to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust blend of product management and technical leadership skills, enabling them to bridge the gap between product vision and development execution. This role is crucial in translating high-level goals into actionable user stories, coordinating across departments, and ensuring seamless product releases through effective agile practices.
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Translate Product Vision: Convert product vision into actionable tasks and detailed user stories with acceptance criteria for the development team, ensuring alignment with the overall product roadmap.
- Backlog Management: Manage the product backlog using JIRA or similar tools, prioritize features based on business value and technical feasibility, and facilitate sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions with development teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design, development, and QA teams to implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes, ensuring smooth delivery of features and adherence to best practices in software development.
- User Feedback Analysis: Collect, analyze, and act on user feedback through A/B testing and usability studies to continuously enhance the product and improve user experience (UX).
- Release Coordination: Coordinate product releases by managing the release schedule, ensuring alignment across development, testing, and deployment stages using Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in product management or technical leadership roles, preferably within an Agile environment.
- Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding of agile methodologies, backlog management, sprint planning, and experience with Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Tools: Proficient in project management and product development tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms, and comfortable with version control systems like Git.

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar profile, with a track record of delivering successful products.
Comfortable working in the Eastern Standard Time (EST) shift.
