B. KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a skilled HR Payroll Specialist with strong expertise in Excel, payroll processing, and salary structures. The ideal candidate will manage accurate and timely payroll for employees, ensure compliance with salary structures, and utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll Processing:
  Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculations for salaries, overtime, deductions, and bonuses.
• Salary Structure Management:
  Maintain and review salary structures in line with company policies, ensuring fairness and compliance.
• Excel Expertise:
  Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) to analyze payroll data, generate reports, and automate processes.
• Compliance:
  Ensure payroll adherence to tax regulations, benefits administration, and company policies.

Key Requirements:
Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• In-depth knowledge of payroll processing and salary structures.

Experience:
Proven 4+ Years of experience in payroll administration or HR with a focus on payroll.
