Revenue Cycle Manager

The SNF Revenue Cycle Manager oversees all billing, coding, A/R, and collections to ensure proper reimbursement for skilled nursing facility services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage SNF-specific revenue cycle workflows.
• Oversee PDPM billing accuracy and Medicaid reimbursements.
• Work with state Medicaid agencies to resolve claim issues.
• Analyze aging reports and improve collections performance.

Ensure compliance with CMS and state Medicaid billing requirements.

Deep knowledge of PDPM, RUG-IV, and Medicaid case-mix reimbursement models.
