Duration: 6 Months

Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA Engineer Intern to join our dynamic team. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in software testing, bug reporting, and test case management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Planning & Execution:
  
• Develop and execute test plans and detailed test cases based on requirements and specifications.
• Identify, document, and report bugs efficiently using bug reporting tools.
• Validate and verify bug fixes in collaboration with the development team.
• Cross-Team Collaboration:
  
• Engage with various teams, including Development, Server, Product, and Program teams, to ensure comprehensive testing and timely delivery of projects.
• Actively participate in Agile processes, including Scrum Meetings and Retrospective Meetings.
• Bug Lifecycle Management:
  
• Ensure proper bug tracking through its lifecycle from identification, analysis, and resolution.
• Work closely with developers to verify bug fixes and improvements.
• Test Management:
  
• Utilize JIRA or other test management tools to track test cases, test results, and issues.
• Contribute to efficient test case management and updating the test repository.
• Database Testing:
  
• Write intermediate SQL queries to test the applications database functionality.
• Ensure data consistency and correctness within the web, Android, and iOS applications.
• Mobile and Web Application Testing:
  
• Test Web Applications, Android Apps, and iOS Apps across various platforms.
• Ensure that applications function as expected, meeting quality standards for usability and performance.
• CI/CD & DevOps Exposure (Good to have):
  
• Exposure to CI/CD tools, including Jenkins, for test automation and integration purposes.
• A basic understanding of DevOps practices would be an added advantage.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification:
• Recent graduate or current student in Computer Science or any related field.

• Skills Required:
• Knowledge of Bug Reporting Tools and familiarity with the Bug Life Cycle.
• Strong understanding of STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Retrospective Meetings.
• Ability to write Intermediate SQL queries for database testing.
• Familiarity with JIRA or other Test Management tools for tracking and managing test cases.
• Hands-on experience in testing Web Applications, Android Apps, and iOS Apps.
