DESIGNATION: EXECUTIVE-HUMAN RESOURCE
JOB PROFILE:
A. HR Operation:
4. Complete Joining Formalities & Ensure Document Completion of New Joiners.
7. Actively work on ERP
B. Training and development:
1. To identify training needs, prepare training calendar, formulate and implement training plan.
2. To execute training and development programs.
3. To coordinate goal setting and end-year performance review exercise.
4. Preparing an Elaborate Training Manual.
C. Employee Engagement:
1. To conduct employee focus groups to complement engagement surveys.
2. To work with vendors, Office of Human Resource partners and colleague and administrative unit Human Resource partners to design and evaluate effective and efficient engagement survey.
3. To manage a professional training and development staff.
4. To develop an Employee Engagement Manual.
5. Ensuring overall HR operation like HR events / Attendance /Streamlining Processes.
D. HR Policies:
1. Drafting of HR and IR Policies and Manual.
2. To Execute and Implement of Policies.
3. To develop HR policies and Process.
4. Setting up of the overall HR system and Policies.
E. Administration:
1. Communicates with employees about their documentation and answers specific questions of employees.
2. Maintain human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
3. Monitoring printing related purchase like letter head, visiting card, cash voucher etc.
4. To ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation.
5. Monitoring clearance of courier bills, stationary bills, card payments and ticket booking whenever required.
6. To communicate with Front Desk Executive and admin Assistant, Office Boys and Housekeeping staff.
7. For Cost Control Analysis.
