Hiring For Sales Cloud Business Analyst with Data Analysis

Must Have:

• Over 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Salesforce CRM.
• Proficiency in Salesforce features like Lightning, reports, dashboards, and integration.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configurations, customizations, and user management.
• Strong skills in data analysis, including data collection, interpretation, and visualization.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar for data reporting and visualization.
• Ability to conduct data cleansing, validation, and transformation to ensure data integrity.
• Business Process Analysis & Requirements Gathering
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional Salesforce solutions.
• Proficient in creating detailed documentation, including functional specifications and process flows.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with business stakeholders, Salesforce developers, and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to support Salesforce projects through all phases (requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment).
• Ability to provide post-deployment support and user training.
• Experience with SQL, ETL processes, or advanced data modeling.
• Experience working in Agile environments and familiarity with tools like Jira for project tracking.
• Knowledge of integrating Salesforce with external systems or APIs.
• Experience using advanced analytics or AI-driven reporting tools in Salesforce, such as Einstein Analytics.

Good to Have:

• Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder certification.

Familiarity with data governance, data architecture, and data warehousing concepts
