PL-SQL Developer - Design & Maintenance (5-7 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Database Development : Design, develop, and maintain complex database objects, including procedures, functions, triggers, and packages.

- Data Analysis and Query Optimization : Analyze data requirements and write efficient SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.

- Performance Tuning : Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in database queries and applications.

- Data Integrity : Ensure data integrity and consistency through data validation and error handling mechanisms.

- Collaboration : Work closely with Java developers to provide database support and guidance.

- Agile Methodology : Adhere to Agile methodologies to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in PL/SQL.

- Strong understanding of SQL, including analytical and aggregate functions.

- Experience with database transaction management.

- Ability to write efficient and maintainable PL/SQL code.

- Knowledge of database design principles and normalization techniques.

- Experience with performance tuning techniques.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Oracle Database.

- Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
