Role & responsibilities

Java Full Stack Developer

Back-End Development:

• Develop and maintain back-end services using Java and frameworks such as Spring Boot and Hibernate.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs to support web applications and third-party integrations.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) to manage application data.
• Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of back-end systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize server-side applications.

Front-End Development:

• Develop interactive, responsive user interfaces using front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness for seamless user experiences across devices.
• Integrate front-end components with back-end services via API endpoints.
• Maintain code quality, performance, and aesthetics across the front-end architecture.

Collaboration & Agile Development:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UI/UX designers, project managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality applications.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of application solutions.

Testing & Documentation:

• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure the functionality and stability of the application.
• Document code and processes for future reference and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Continuously improve development practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance team productivity and software quality.

React JS Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Expert with programming using JavaScript (ES5, ES6)
• Expertise of UI framework React JS along with Redux/Flux
• Expertise with HTML, CSS, SCSS and frameworks like Boot strap
• Experience with JavaScript unit testing frameworks like Jest and Enzyme is must have
• Experience with AWS and its offerings like (AWS Lambda) will be preferred
• Experience with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes will be preferred
• Design/development experience using Java technology stack.
• Preferred experience with new generation of Web Programming - using Micro Service with Spring Boot etc., REST/JSON, Component UI models
• Should have experience on various design patterns
• Should have knowledge on UML (Class, Sequence, Domain Model)
• Strong knowledge on RDBM concepts. Ability to Write SQL with complex joins and should be able to use database functions
• Should have knowledge on Configuration Tools (Git, Subversion, CVS etc.,)
• Ability to work with automated unit test frameworks like Junit and drive end-to-end testing of modules.
• Ability to communicate clearly across teams in the project and having excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience on defect management tools like JIRA, RTC etc.

Skills / Project Experience - good to have:

• Should be able to communicate clearly with cross teams in the project (E.g. Functional/Development/Testing).
• Should be a good team player and a quick learner with an aptitude to pick up things fast.
• Must be dynamic with a strong sense of responsibility and positive attitude.
• Industry recognized Technology Certification.
