Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
Knowledge of sales analytics techniques, including lead scoring, sales forecasting, and customer segmentation.
Thoroughness and attention to detail in data analysis to ensure accuracy and reliability of findings.
