Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Salesforce team to understand business requirements and implement solutions.
• Assist in configuring, customizing, and developing applications within the Salesforce platform.
• Support data management, reporting, and process automation using Salesforce tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic Salesforce-related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and system functionality.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce trends and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have completed Salesforce training or certification (Admin / Developer preferred).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce fundamentals, data modeling, workflows, and automation.
• Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (preferred but not mandatory).
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
