Job Description
Role & responsibilities -
- Preparation of Pre & Post shipment documents- Invoice, Packing list, COA, MSDS, Non Haz, EVD, DEEC Declaration , BL draft, COO, CEPA certificate ,Insurance certificate.
- Preparation of Tax invoice for material dispatched from factory to Port.
- Checking and approving Checklist.
- Maintaining Export Registers (Entries in the excel sheet with complete details).
- Coordination with factories & interaction with CHA & Shipping agent.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing industries.
- Graduation is must.
- SAP knowledge & basic computer knowledge .
- Immediate joiner preferably .
- Knowledge of export and import documentation is must.

Location - Andheri East Mumbai
Holidays - 2nd & 4th Saturdays & All Sunday.
