Export Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Documentation Management:

Prepare export-related documents, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, shipping instructions, and other required paperwork.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with international trade regulations and client requirements.
Coordination and Communication:

Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., production, logistics, quality) to gather necessary information for documentation.
Communicate with freight forwarders, customs agents, banks, and clients to facilitate smooth shipment processes.
Compliance:

Ensure adherence to international export laws, regulations, and procedures.
Stay updated on changes in export compliance requirements and implement them as necessary.
Process Optimization:

Identify and implement improvements to streamline documentation and shipment processes.
Monitor and report on documentation workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency.
Problem Resolution:

Address discrepancies in export documentation promptly and effectively.
Resolve issues related to shipments, customs clearance, or client documentation requirements.
Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of all shipments and related documentation.
Prepare periodic reports for management on export activities and documentation status.
